I retired from an IT job at the end of 2019. I was ready for less stress,
more sleep, getting fitter and a healthier lifestyle. When Covid hit,
my gym closed, so I began shaping new routines at home that included
diet, mindfulness, and exercise. I began incorporating yoga and
meditation into my workouts and my husband and I began cooking more
meals from scratch. This combination not only helped improve my mental,
emotional and physical health but also created habits that continue to
bring balance and strength to my life.
