We understand that buying a scented candle online can feel a bit uncertain, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange for any unburned candle within 30 days of purchase. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
If you’d like to start a return, simply reach out to us through our contact page, or email us at support@zenlifecandleco.com with your order number, reason for the return, and the candle you'd like in place of your current one. We’ll be happy to assist you with swapping your unburned candle for your alternate choice. Please note, we can only process one request per order number.
Damaged Product or Order Error
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us on the contact page or at support@zenlifecandleco.com with your order number, details of the damaged item(s), and a photo. We’ll make sure to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us as stated above. Perfection is a journey, not a destination, and we understand that sometimes the path may have bumps. If something doesn't align as it should, we are here to restore balance and learn from the experience.
